East China Fair ("China Fair") is one of the largest international trade fairs in China with the largest number of merchants, the most extensive radiation, and the highest turnover. It is jointly sponsored by Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Nanjing, and Ningbo. It is held in Shanghai every March 1st.

Since 1991, the China Fair has been successfully held for 28 sessions. The 28th China International Fair has more than 20,500 merchants from 150 countries and regions around the world and more than 60,000 professional customers from around the world. The total export value is nearly 5 billion US dollars. More than 150,000 people visited the China Fair website.
The last exhibition area reached 105,000 square meters, with more than 5,000 standard booths, divided into 2 professional pavilions (textile and clothing halls, light industrial crafts halls), and more than 5,000 exhibiting companies. Overseas exhibitors are from 15 countries and regions including the United States, Britain, France and Japan. Among the textile and garment, crafts and light industrial products exhibited by the China International Fair, high-tech products and special products account for a large proportion.
The 29th China International Fair will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from March 1st to 4th, 2019. The exhibition area is 125,000 square meters, and there are more than 6000 standard booths.
